Handmade Jewelry

We want you to love your jewelry.  If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  •   Items must be returned within14 days of delivery
  •   Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging
  •   Sale items and custom/personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return

To initiate a return:

1.      Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at padams3097@aol.com.  Please give us the order number and the reason for return.  Once authorized, refunds will be processed within 5 -7 business days of receiving the returned item.  

2.      We will provide return instructions and our return address: 2040 Bruckner Boulevard, #4m, Bronx, NY 10473.

3.      Return Shipping Cost (Domestic): For unused/unworn jewelry returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4.       For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid downloadable return label at no cost.

IMPORTANT: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted

Standard/Eligible Returns
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (All Products)

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact us immediately at padams3097@aol.com
  2. Please include photos of the defect or damage
  3. We will provide a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to you

 Print-on-Demand Items (Gifts & Accessories, Apparel, Bags)

Our print-on-demand products are made to order specifically for you.  As such, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

  •   Damages in transit
  •   Defective or misprinted
  •   Incorrect item received

We do not accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind on custom-printed items.

Please refer to the size guide before ordering.   To report an issue, contact us *immediately upon receipt at padams3097@aol.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, so that we can ensure your return is received within the 14-day return window."*

Please note:  Print-on-demand orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner.  Do not ship returns to the address on your packing slip without contacting us first.  

Final Sale - No Exceptions:

·       Custom or personalized jewelry items are (Final Sale) — no exceptions

·       Gift Cards are (Final Sale)

·       POD Items are (Final Sale) unless defective or damaged (Print-on-demand)

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item for a refund. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  Customized or personalized jewelry items are non-exchangeable. Email padams3097@aol.com if resizing of a jewelry item is requested.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at padams3097@aol.com.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

 European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.  As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
